14 Days of Christmas Shakeology Shake Off



Now that Thanksgiving is over, our bellies are full, pants may be a bit snug,  and we are heading into holiday parities, baking cookies, and the stress of getting our shopping done in time for Christmas.  Ugh!  Although I absolutely LOVE this time of year, it is soooo busy!  Sometimes we just need a little "boost" or accountability to fire things back up, right?  Well, that's what I need as I prepare for all of my upcoming holiday parties!  I don't want to have that mind set of accepting the fact that I am going to put on a few pounds within the next month just because cookies and sweets will be easily accessible.  In fact, I have full intention of staying on track with my clean eating lifestyle but still plan to indulge in my favorite treats....for example, Peanut Butter Blossom cookies.....BEST COOKIES EVER!  I have learned that it is all about finding a balance and deciding what exactly I want to spend my sugar and calorie intake on.  It's true, you CAN have your cake AND eat it too!

1. The group begins on Monday, December 9, 2013.

4. Press play at least 4 to 6 times a week and CHALLENGE yourself!  Don't just go through the motions.  If it's your first time doing a workout, try to up the weights, do extra reps, or slow down your repetitions.   If you are new to fitness, then I challenge you to do some form of physical activity at least 3-4 times per week, or continue with the fitness routine that you are currently doing (you could try to up the intensity).  If you would like more information on picking out a fitness program that will meet your needs and ability level, I can help you get started with that as well. 

5. Either at kick off or at the end of the 14 day program, do the 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse.  For me, I plan to do this beginning December 26.  The 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse is optional.  You do not have to do this.

6.
