💗February is HERE and Valentine's Day is right around the corner!  Seriously, can these days go any faster?  I am preparing to kick off my Love You Body Challenge and wanted to get this post out to anyone who is interested.  As I'm typing this I'm looking out at the inches of snow that have accumulated throughout the past 24 hours and if I'm being honest, dreading having to go out in the 26 degree temperatures for my daughter's gymnastic class tonight.  This is that classic time of year where many people have somewhat given up on their New Year "get healthy" resolutions and the comfort food has set in. If you are anything like me then you are also living in big comfy sweaters with leggings. But, we all know that Spring really is quickly approaching and that means the thinner clothing that don't necessarily "cover everything up" will be out.  My goal in every single virtual accountability group that I run is to help every woman in the group gain confidence in the skin they're in.  We are all shaped differently and aside from a main goal of "getting healthy," our goals of where we want our bodies and health to be vary.  

🍎My January Health Bet and Project YOU groups will be coming to an end and I am combining the support and motivation to create my Love Your Body Challenge. This group is open to anyone who is not actively working with a Beachbody Coach.

★How Does It Work?
I have decided to run this group through a closed Facebook group which means only the group members can see what is being posted.  Throughout the group we will work together to encourage, inspire, and motivation each other to get {and stay} healthy!  My role as the leader of the group is to not only provide motivation, but to also provide daily group and 1:1 support. I provide my meal plans, meal plan templates, recipes, tips that have worked for me and my family, and so much more! 

★When Does the Group Begin?
The group beings with a planning week on Monday, February 20th!  I feel that getting planned and prep to begin your health and fitness journey is essential to your success. So, the goal of planning week it to get both physically AND mentally ready to begin! Once planning week is over the group will last for 4 additional weeks!  

★What is the requirement? 
The group itself is free of charge for my personal customers and a Beachbody Challenge Pack contains the required products that we use.  A Challenge Pack is the one stop purchase to getting the success you are looking for! It contains:

With every group I run, this one included, I reserve a bulk number of spots for my current customers / challengers and add up to 8 brand new customers.  I current have 6 new spots left and I know they will be gone by the time the group starts!  


I can't say enough about how many lives have been changed with the right products and most importantly, the accountability.  This entire change happens in the comfort of your own home, on your own time, and you still have the social support!
